Group Sessions

At Guided Growth Counseling, LLC, we offer a variety of group counseling options. Our groups utilize curriculums of evidence based techniques and practices to address specific needs in the community. Group counseling is a great experience as it allows all in the group to work on a shared goal in an effective and supportive environment. Group counseling creates a safe space for individuals to come together to share their struggles and recognize that they are not alone. Together in group individuals work to help each other reach their goals, make positive changes, cope with stress, and learn effective communication. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Psycho-Education, we run skills- based task groups, psycho-educational groups, and psychotherapy groups.

We run groups on rotations throughout the year. We are currently offering social skills and anxiety groups.

All groups have a nonrefundable $15 registration fee to reserve your spot and to cover the cost of supplies.
